For many folks, Sisters is synonymous with our annual Quilt Show. Other folks flock here for our three-day Folk Festival, or “The Biggest Little Show in the World” (aka the Sisters Rodeo). Chances are, wherever you’re coming from there’s something out of the ordinary to look forward to experiencing.

  • Hoodoo’s Winter Carnival

    The premiere event of the season and a day full of free activities, Winter Carnival has been a tradition at Hoodoo for decades and includes a number of free events including: ax throwing booth, frisbee golf, musical chairs, a three-legged obstacle race, a team tube race, a hula-hoop contest, and more!

  • The Suttle Lodge Winter Beer Festival

    Join us for year five of The Suttle Lodge Winter Beer Festival! We’ve got three days of woodsy, beer-filled fun with 25+ craft breweries, food + snacks, live music and all the cozy winter lodge vibes. 

  • Sisters Stampede

    This annual Memorial Day weekend mountain bike race on the Peterson Ridge Trail System–just minutes from downtown Sisters–welcomes 500 riders (maximum) for fast racing and family fun, including a fantastic free race for younger kids.

  • Sisters Rodeo

    The “Biggest Little Show in the World” since 1940, the Sisters Rodeo features performances from the most celebrated athletes on the ProRodeo Tour as they take on riding, racing, roping and a whole lot more. Enjoy this western tradition in Oregon’s best western town!

    “All the town’s a stage” — literally — during this immersive experience in music and community. The Sisters Folk Festival is an intimate, multi-genre festival that puts great artists on seven stages throughout our scenic mountain town for all ages to enjoy.

    Main Avenue in downtown Sisters comes to life with “Sisters Harvest Faire,” a lively fall festival and community tradition for over 40 years. Enjoy browsing quality handcrafted items and artwork, live music and delicious food.
