Cooking Class: Dips & Spreads

$65This social, hands-on workshop is all about the dips and spreads our guests love most – the ones that quietly make a meal feel special. Together, we will make and taste a selection of house favorites, including: hummus feta-based dips tzatziki olive oil, herbs, and yogurt-based spreads We’ll talk about why texture matters, including what makes our hummus so smooth – from ingredient choices to technique – and how small adjustments completely change flavor and consistency. You’ll leave knowing how to recreate these at home (or at least knowing why they work so well). Come hungry, curious, and ready to snack.
