Vanessa Collier is a powerhouse of modern blues — a magnetic blend of blistering saxophone, soulful vocals, and unstoppable energy that’s redefining the genre for a new generation. An award-winning multi-instrumentalist, singer, and songwriter, Collier has carved her own lane in the blues, funk, and soul world with a sound that’s as bold as it is deeply rooted in tradition. A Berklee College of Music graduate with dual degrees in Performance and Music Production & Engineering, she launched her career touring with Grammy winner Joe Louis Walker before stepping confidently into the spotlight as a solo artist.

Since then, she’s become one of the most celebrated musicians in contemporary blues — a four-time Blues Music Award winner, including multiple honors for Horn Player of the Year and Contemporary Blues Female Artist of the Year, plus a 2024 nomination for the coveted B.B.
